God Made Christmas

My Aunt Vicki brought this to Owen a few weeks ago (along with a really cute Christmas outfit). He LOVES this DVD! It is very simple (think sock puppets!) but he just laughs and watches it so intently. I put him in his jumper and turn this on and I have plenty of time to shower and get ready for the day! I just wanted to pass this along- hope everybody has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Real or Fake?

I am hoping to put up our Christmas decorations this weekend and am trying to decide if I should try something new and get a REAL tree this year. I have always liked the ease of using my artificial tree but maybe its time for a change? Growing up we had real trees when I was younger but it has been a LONG time since anyone in my family has bought a real tree. I have heard stories about real trees that make me want to run into the attic to get my dependable tree I have used for several years but...it doesn't smell like Christmas! Last year I found an evergreen oil for my Lampe Berger so maybe I should stick to that.

Any thoughts on this subject? What do you use? Real or fake?

A Visit from Georgia

My Aunt Vicki, cousin Kristina, and her baby Georgia came to visit this weekend. We had so much fun spending time with them. Hopefully, we will be able to get the babies together more often in the future- they are only 6 months apart.

They are ready for the shopping trip!

Owen loved Georgia!

Fall pictures

The day I had planned on getting Owen outside for a few pictures, our whole family came down with a virus. I had it first so my Mom and Kevin tried to take a few pictures for me. Owen was not very cooperative and now we know why! Within a few hours of these pictures, everyone in our family (except Kevin) was sick. My Mom, Dad, Owen, and myself! Here are a couple that I thought still turned out cute...

We are having "real" pictures made during the week of Thanksgiving...I can't wait!

Halloween...a little late

Here are a few quick pictures from Halloween night.

I think Striker was getting bored at this point...
