3 Weeks

I am a little late posting this but here are some pictures from the past week.

Dinner Out

Last night we took Owen out to eat for the first time. My parents took us to Desperados and as you can see from the pictures, Owen did great. He still seems so tiny to me for this car seat but he slept so well in it all throughout dinner. It was nice for all of us to get out of the house for a little while!

2 Week Appt.

Owen had his 2 week appointment today and everything went great. His weight is up to 7 pounds 6.5 ounces and his height is 20 1/4 inches. The doctor was very pleased with his weight gain- they were wanting him to be at least back at his birth weight of 6 lbs 10 oz.

1st Week

Sponge Bath

We gave Owen a sponge bath last night. He was not crazy about the experience so we quickly snapped two pictures before the real screaming began.

He's Here!!

Hi everyone- it's April. Margaret asked me to update her blog and let you all know that Owen is here! He arrived last night (Thursday, March 5th) via c-section. He was 6 pounds 10 oz, and Margaret and Owen are doing well! Stay tuned for more details and pictures!!

Thursday!!!

We finally have an official date! We are checking into the hospital Wednesday night and will be induced Thursday morning. Please pray for smooth progress and delivery. We can't wait to meet Owen!
