We had a blast in NYC but it was great to get home. It was a LONG time to be away from Owen (6 days). I think I was pretty much running to his room when we pulled into the driveway Wednesday night. Kevin worked during the days and I spent my time just enjoying the city. I was able to go to Live with Regis and Kelly one day (thanks Shelley!) and got to see Katherine Heigl and Jordin Sparks. Kevin and I both went to a David Letterman taping and saw Kevin Spacey, Jesse James, and the Flatlanders. I also spent a lot of time shopping! We also ate at some really cool restaurants (including Tao from SATC, Valbella (Regis' favorite Italian), and Buddakan (Big and Carrie's rehearsal dinner was held here in the SATC movie). It was a great trip and I still think NYC is one of my favorite cities- but it is always great to get back home too!
I did not take my good camera because I didn't want to have to haul it around everywhere (sad, I know). My Canon Elph still got some good shots- just not what the big one could have done.

Sounds like an amazing trip! How cool to be at Regis & Kelly! Thanks for checking on Summer. She is sleeping about 7 hrs on average with a max at 9 hrs once. The M.B. is doing great. She knows that once mommy wraps her up it is bedtime and she better sleep because mommy doesn't come back:)She goes to bed around 7pm and is up once in the night then goes back down without a struggle so that is fine with me for now. She is making lots of cute facial expressions at us now and that makes it even more fun to be a parent. Have a great week!
